Financefy S.A., credit intermediary with NIPC 516590456, and Financefy Mediação de Seguros, Lda. with NIPC 517328410, companies operating in the financial and insurance sectors, also trading under the name Poupança no Minuto. Our address is Rua Dr. José Joaquim de Almeida, Edifício Parque Oceano Nº 2, 3ºE, 2780-322 Oeiras.

Financefy S.A. is a credit intermediary registered with Banco de Portugal under number 0006860, and civil liability for credit intermediary activities is covered by insurance policy no. 206455323 valid from 14/03/2023 to 13/03/2024, and policy no. 206435932, valid from 22/02/2023 to 22/02/24, both with insurer Allianz Portugal, S.A.

FINANCEFY MEDIAÇÃO DE SEGUROS, LDA, insurance intermediary pursuant to article 4(c) and article 9(1)(a) of Law no. 7/2019 of 16 January, registered with the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ASF) under no. 423578365, with civil liability covered by insurance policy no. PTEO000002, valid from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024 with insurer AIG Europa S.A.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

Nationality, gender, date of birth, place of birth, marital status, information about household, data on profession and academic qualifications.

Monthly and annual earnings, income tax (IRS), financial liabilities with credit institutions and financial assets.

Segments and profiles

Credit risk profile or rating, investment product acquisition profile, commercial segmentation profile for savings-oriented services such as loans and insurance.

Management of data from satisfaction survey responses, management of client comments on social networks Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, management of comments on the websites www.financefy.pt and www.poupancanominuto.pt

Content

Management of information contained in communications between the client and Financefy, whether written or by telephone (if the call is recorded).

Pages visited, IP address, geographic location and browser used.

Data provided by clients

Information provided directly by clients during the request submission process on the websites www.financefy.pt and www.poupancanominuto.pt, in emails exchanged between the client and the sales representative, in telephone interactions between the client and the sales representative, or during visits the client may make to our premises in Oeiras, and through responses to satisfaction surveys.

Cookies

Our website www.financefy.pt and www.poupancanominuto.pt uses cookies that generate data relating to the use of the site by clients (example: articles most viewed by the client, the time spent on each article, the time spent on the site). Data obtained from third-party entities

Financefy and Financefy Mediação de Seguros obtain data from third-party entities (partners) relating to the solvency analysis carried out on the client by partners, data relating to pre-approval of the process (FINE), cross-selling data, insurance data, and property valuation data. When the process proceeds to formalisation, we obtain data relating to the approval letter (final FINE), draft deed data, deed date data, and credit agreement data.

Obligation to provide personal data

Under the legal obligations relating to the anti-money laundering regime, Financefy SA and Financefy Mediação de Seguros Lda. must identify clients in order to obtain financing, normally through an identification document. If this identification is not carried out, Financefy SA and Financefy Mediação de Seguros Lda. cannot proceed with the process, under penalty of an infringement. During the commercial relationship between the client and Financefy SA and Financefy Mediação de Seguros Lda., the client will need to submit additional documents to fulfil pre-contractual and contractual obligations necessary for the formalisation of the process.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data processed through this page will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To enable Financefy S.A. and Financefy Mediação de Seguros Lda. to act as credit intermediary for the collection of data for credit proposals to credit institutions, and as insurance intermediary, respectively. This collection is necessary for pre-contractual or contractual steps at the request of the data subject;

Notwithstanding, Financefy S.A. and Financefy Mediação de Seguros Lda. collect and process data in a secure manner that prevents its loss or manipulation, using the most appropriate techniques for this purpose.

Failure to provide data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to respond to the data subject's request. Data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal retention periods, and until the expiry of any liabilities of the data controller.
