João Lemos: Excellent professional financial advice. Credible, reliable and effective in helping me to secure the best mortgage rate and transfer from previous contract and bank. In depth knowledge of the law, regulations and procedures, as well as great connections with managers in many different banks. All services provided online. Whenever I had to go in person to the bank and land registry’s office, I had the option to choose dates and times that were suitable to me. At my arrival in both places, people were ready and waiting for me. I never had to make a single phone call or book anything myself. In a country foreign to me, which I find quite bureaucratic at times , simply superb service!

Pedro Jorge: the professional advisor that accompanied my entire house purchasing process. The bank loan simulations, proposal, credit approval, and finally the house deed. From the start, he demonstrated great knowledge and financial skills, complemented by his vast connections in the area, which sped up the process by a lot. When I was contacted by him, I had already received proposals from 3 other credit intermediary firms, and yet he was still able to get credit pre-approved before all of them, despite the fact the other firms had weeks of head start over him. He showed me how he performed the simulations, and the analysis that he went through in order to choose the right bank for me. This transparency convinced me he was the right person to counsel me. I was also quite captivated by his humility, even though he was clearly in a league above the rest. I 100% recommend him.
