If you have an ongoing installment payment plan in voluntary collection, you can now amortize or anticipate these installments directly on the Finance Portal.
The Tax and Customs Authority announced that the Finance Portal has "new features", allowing the amortization or anticipation of installments related to voluntary collection.
"There are new features available on the Finance Portal. If you have an active installment payment plan for voluntary collection, you can already amortize or anticipate the installments through the Finance Portal," says a social media post.
According to the information available on the Finance Portal, "the request for installment payments can be made at any time, as long as it is done before the execution sale is scheduled."
The request can be submitted through the e-counter (New Issue > Justice/Tax Executions > Payment in Installments) or in person at any tax office, by prior appointment. The preparation of the plan is the responsibility of the service in charge of the proceedings.
